Do I have to wear specific socks?
Yes, we require that you wear our Dig 'N Roll socks to play in our playground. They can be purchased at the front desk for $4, and the socks can be reused.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants are required to sign the waiver before using the facilities. It's a standard safety measure. For participants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian usually needs to sign the waiver on their behalf. It's a common practice for ensuring legal consent and responsibility.
Is there any charge for adults?
Visiting adults are always free of charge. Parents or guardians accompanying children in the infant/toddler area, water splash area, performance show area, and playhouse area may also enter free of charge.
Adults or parents assisting their child inside the ball pit or sand pit are required to wear Dig 'N Roll socks ($4).
Adults or parents who wish to actively play inside the ball pit or sand pit will be charged $5 plus socks ($4).
Dig 'N Roll socks are reusable!
Why do you charge admission for kids age range 6 months-24 months?
We only charge when infants/toddlers participate, if your little one does not participate in any of the activities in Dig 'N Roll, you will NOT be charged even they above 6 months. We appreciate your questions and understand that our admission policy for infants and toddlers might raise concerns. We have a specific area for infant/toddler only, all activities are designed for small kids, even though they might not fully engage in all activities, we provide a clean and secure environment for their comfort and safety. We also provide the space for stroller parking, and nursing room/changing table inside the infant/toddler area.
Plus, we have special offer - "Mommy/Daddy with me time" for every Monday morning from 10:00 am-12:00 pm for bringing your 6 month-24 months kids, the admission is $ 5 /child with adult paid admission.
Outside food or beverage allowed to bring in ?
Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed in the indoor playground. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy for the safety and cleanliness of our facility.
Exceptions are : formula and baby foods are ALLOWED, special needs food are ALLOWED. For Birthday Parties who bring in cake or cupcakes for their party are ALLOWED.
Do you have special offer for Homeschoolers?
Yes. We do have special offer for all homeschoolers on every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The discount price is $ 5 for toddler ( below 2 years old), $10 for kids 2 and older. The discount price is only valid for 2 hour pass.
Do you have special offer for military?
Yes, all active and veteran service members receive a 10% discount as a thanks for their service for our country. Military ID or proof of service must be provided.
How often do you clean/sanitize your play equipment?
At Dig 'N Roll, we are commited to the health and safety of our guests and employees. We have worked diligently to enhance our cleanliness standards. We clean/sanitize our playground equipment weekly, we hiring the professional cleaning company to do deep clean, we also purchased the specific ball bit cleaning machine to clean/sanitize our ball pit/ball.
Are all guests required to wear wristbands?
Yes, all participants are asked to wear our wristbands. Visiting adults do NOT need to wear wristbands. If you need to purchase extra wristbands please see the front desk.
Is that allowed to leave my kids unattended at Dig’ N Roll ?
Kindly be aware that we do not permit drop-offs at our indoor playground. We request that parents or guardians remain on-site while their children are enjoying the facilities. Thank you for your understanding.
Party/Event Q & A
Do birthday party package include adult admission?
No, all the party package admissions are for kids only, visiting guest adults are always free if not participate in play areas.
If adults want to participate in the play areas need to purchase admission + socks separately.
Additional children and/or guests can be added with additional admission charge.
Can I use the lounge area for my birthday party ?
No, birthday party MUST be hosted inside the party room for safety purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I change my birthday party reservation?
We allow changes in the form of an upgrade or a reschedule only. If you’d like to move your party to a different date or upgrade your package, we’ll be happy to assist. Please contact us as early as possible to confirm availability.
Do I need pay deposit for my party package?
To secure your party reservation, we require a deposit. This ensures availability and helps us plan for a memorable experience. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like assistance with the booking process. This deposit is 30% of the party package price and it is non-refundable! All final payment is due one week before the party date.
Can I add-on foods/drinks onto my package?
Yes, we have foods/drinks add-on options when you book the packages, you can also add-on table setting, goodie bags and room decoration to your party. Please notes that if you order foods in the cafe on the same day of your party time, we cannot guarantee they will be delivered at the same time as your original foods order.
How long before the party time may I enter the party room to setup?
The party host can into the party room 10-15 minutes early to begin setting up for the party.
Can I use your refrigerator to storage my party foods?
We appreciate your request to use our refrigerator for storing food. However, we have a policy in place that restricts the use of our refrigerator for personal items to ensure the safety and hygiene of our facilities. We apologize any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Can I decorate my party room ?
We do allow our customers to decorate the party room for their parties. However, we kindly request that you refrain from using tape or any adhesive materials on the walls. We are more than happy to assist you in finding alternative ways to decorate the party room within our policy. The confetti Balloon and Pinata are not allowed.

Summer Membership Q & A
• Do I need to cancel my current membership if I purchase the summer package?
Yes. We will cancel your current membership to prevent double charges. On Aug 31st, call us to reactivate your previous membership.
• Do I sign a waiver for the Summer Membership?
Yes, and you will also need to sign the Membership Agreement. Check our website for the QR code.
• Summer membership runs from June 1st to August 31st.
• I need a separate membership for each person if I want multiple people to sign up for the summer pass.
Yes, each person requires a separate membership and cost.
• Is it possible to get a refund for my membership or summer membership?
All memberships are non-refundable.
